Meet Dr. Sherline, ND, LAc, RRT, RPSGT
Dr. Agena graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctoral Degree in Naturopathic Medicine from the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine and has a master’s degree in Acupuncture
from the University of Bridgeport Acupuncture Institute.

She completed four years of training in naturopathic medicine, three years in acupuncture, and two years of training from an allopathic medical school at Saint Matthews University School of Medicine in the Grand Cayman Islands.
Before going to medical school, Dr. Agena completed
pre-medical studies from Stony Brook University, with a bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy. She worked at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital as a respiratory therapist and Polysomnography Technologist. received a certificate of excellence for her outstanding work while working at John T. Mather Hospital.
Dr. Agena loves what she does. She loves seeing her patients enjoy life to its fullest
with vigor, joy and happiness. She is personable and meets every patient with a hug
and a smile. She approaches each case as an individual case and believes that no two
cases are the same.
Dr. Agena has experienced her own medical challenges and believes that her journey
to health has allowed her to become more empathetic with her patients. The desire
to heal herself, has led Dr. Agena to where she is today; as a Naturopathic doctor,
her mission is to help others achieve a vital and healthy life, through natural
medicine.
